Participating in our classes promotes a good health and wellbeing, benefiting students physically, mentally and socially. Students will learn to overcome fears and barriers in a supportive and fun environment, learning new and unique skills.

 

Throughout our classes, we teach our students to try their best without pushing them beyond their limits. Socially, students interact with other positive people around them.

We provide a supportive environment to all our students,

no matter what their skill level is.

DETAILS ABOUT OUR CLASSES

PARKOUR is a form of urban acrobatics in which participants travel from point A to B as fast as possible by vaulting, climbing and jumping.

 

TRICKING is the informal name of a relatively new underground alternative movement, combining martial arts, gymnastics, and other activities to create an “aesthetic blend of flips, kicks, and twists.

 

KIDS CLASS is designed for kids to get healthy and fit throughout the classes we teach, the kids to try their best without pushing them to their limits. Socially, students interact with other positive people around them.

 

BREAKDANCING is a style of acrobatic dancing with top rocks, footwork, freezes and power moves.

 

FEMALE CLASS is designed by girls, for girls! Mixing the basics of Acrobatics and Parkour it’s a great class to mingle and have fun.

 

BOOT CAMP strengthens the body and mind to allow the body to handle the vigorous training resume that we as movement artist put our bodies through. EVERY student should participate in this class if they want to progress in there art form.
