WHAT'S THE BOOKING PROCESS?

  1. Fill Out Our Contact Form: Start the booking process by filling out our easy-to-use contact form. Provide us with basic information about your event such as the date, location, and any specific entertainment requests you have in mind.

  2. Let's Chat: Once we receive your information, our experienced sales team will reach out to you to discuss the details of your event. We want to get a clear understanding of your vision and the atmosphere you want to create. During this conversation, we can also offer recommendations for other services that would complement your chosen entertainment. Don't hesitate to ask any questions or share any special requests you may have – we're here to ensure that your event is everything you imagined and more.

  3. Get Your Quote: After our chat, we will prepare a comprehensive quote that outlines the cost of our services based on your specific requests. We will include any recommended add-on options that can add that extra touch of spectacle to your event. Our quote will provide a breakdown of the required equipment and technical requirements, and we will work with your venue to ensure compliance and provide any necessary certificates of insurance. If your venue has any additional fees or requirements, we will inform you in advance.

  4. Book Us: When you are ready to confirm, simply pay a deposit to secure our services for your event date. We will then send you a contract detailing all the agreed-upon terms and officially add your event to our performance calendar. This ensures that we are exclusively dedicated to making your event a success.

  5. Last Minute Check-In: As your event date approaches, we may reach out to you a couple of weeks prior to finalize all the remaining details. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient experience on the day of the event.

  6. Make It To Event Day: On the day of your event, our team will arrive promptly at the scheduled set-up time. We will conduct any necessary inspections and technical rehearsals, ensuring that everything is in place for a flawless performance. During the event, we will remain flexible to accommodate any last-minute changes or emergencies. After the event, we will discreetly remove all equipment at the agreed-upon time, leaving you and your guests with beautiful memories and photographs to cherish.
